Q- How Often does your newsletters get sent out?
A- I send a newsletter about once a month.
Q- What can I expect to find in the Newsletters?
A- The Newsletters include tidbits about my newest artworks, art shows and what I'm thinking about art. Every month I showcase a Featured Painting of the Month and talk a bit about it. The newsletter also contains information about my newest ventures, commissions, new print releases, art cards, and calendars. I will also try to add a little about my personal life and the influences it has on my art. Inside the Newsletter will also be contests and special deals only available to my Newsletter subscribers.

Q- Do you have Gift Certificates that I can send to others?
A- Yes, you can purchase a Gift Certificate, so your friend, husband or wife or parents or whomever you want to give a wonderful original piece of art to, can choose their own piece. May I suggest that this could be an amazing Wedding, Anniversary or House Warming gift? Gift certificates come in any denomination you choose.
I can send them to you or directly to the person you have purchased them for at no extra fee. You can purchase your Gift Certificate Here!
Q- Do you do custom painting by request or commission work?
A- Yes, I am happy to do custom artwork suited to you and your needs. We can discuss the possibilities for different designs, images, layout and sizes to fit specifically in your home, business or the home of the person the painting is intended for.

Q- Do you have a Payment Plan?
A- Yes, I have Payment Plans available for those who would find it easier to pay for their painting in installments.
I have two options.
Option 1) Use the Paypal Payment Plan System. Contact me and let me know that you'd like to take advantage of the PayPal Payment Plan. The PayPal Payment Plan allows you to receive the painting right away while you continue to make monthly payments through PayPal. Just let me know which painting you would like and I can set up the payment plan for you. Contact me now!
For those who don't wish to (or can't) do this.
Option 2) Contact me about my Layaway Payment Plan. Any painting can be paid for in up to 6 monthly installments. Paintings will be shipped after the final installment has been paid. Just let me know which painting you would like and I can set up the Layaway Payment Plan for you. Contact me now!
Q- How is my painting shipped to me?
A- All paintings are hand packaged for shipping. They are sent through Canada Post Xpresspost service. Paintings are shipped the following Monday after payment has been received. All paintings will have insurance and a tracking number. After your painting has been shipped, I will email you your Tracking Number, so you can follow your painting's journey to your doorstep.
Q- How long will it take to get my painting?
A- Within Canada your painting will take no more than a week to arrive, from the time of shipping. If you are in the US it will take no more than two weeks to receive your painting. Please contact me for an estimate of shipping times to other places in the world.
If you need your painting rushed to you for a particular occasion, please contact me with the details and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Q- Are my purchases Guaranteed?
A- Yes, all your purchases from Richard Hoedl Art Studios are Guaranteed. If you get you painting home and you decide it isn't the perfect piece for you we will replace it with one that is or refund you money up to a full year after your purchase. Yes, I really mean a Full Year!
